Job Description:
A company is looking for a Social Media Support Specialist to
provide customer support via social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential recruits on social media and prequalify them
for the Army National Guard
Monitor and moderate online community activity to support marketing
initiatives
Direct interested candidates to the Call Center or official
websites for further information
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in monitoring social media and engaging
with online communities
Thorough knowledge of social media platforms, particularly
Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
Ability to work evening/night shifts if needed
Familiarity with tools like Sprout Social, Meltwater, and/or
Salesforce is preferred
