inclusion.General PurposeThe VP, Customer & Community Affairs has
responsibility for customer, public and community objectives in
support of company strategic goals and business objectives. This
role directs regional business managers and develops strategies to
grow and maintain existing business relationships in Rocky Mountain
Power's service territory. Additionally, this role will work
closely with the executive leadership of other business unites to
identify and support the development of new business or resource
opportunities in Utah Wyoming and Idaho. The position also has
responsibility for assessing and implementing (with affected
business units) creative strategies in the areas of community
relations, government affairs, and stakeholder engagement. This
position will serve as a key company spokesperson and as a
principal contact for business leaders, government, and community
leaders. Manages and allocates financial and employee resources.

Hiring Range: $176,300 - $207,500
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary performance
incentive bonus of up to 40.00% of salary.
