JOB DESCRIPTION
Bailey's Moving and Storage is looking for an experienced Household
Goods Assistant Operations Manager to help manage the daily
operations. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing
day-to-day efficiency within the teams for the shipping, storing
and movement of household goods. This includes, but is not limited
to: safety, operational and employee training, proper paperwork
procedures and time management of employees. Relies on experience
and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of
tasks, as well as leads and directs the work of others. Must have
excellent time management and organizational skills as well as good
communication skills both written and verbal. In addition, the
ideal candidate will come with proven successful experience working
in the moving & storage industry. This position is a full-time
position with benefits.

Pay: $27 + Depending on experience
