Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Branch Manager to lead and
manage Mortgage Loan Originators in achieving production goals and
operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in leadership and management of Mortgage Loan Originators to
meet production and profitability goals
Recruit, onboard, and train new talent while ensuring compliance
with banking laws and regulations
Maintain a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans and engage
with local mortgage and real estate associations
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Two or more years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator
At least two years of supervisory experience is preferred
Established referral base within the assigned market is
preferred
Proven results in mortgage loan origination experience
