Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Community to lead their
E-Learning Heroes community platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to engage and grow
the customer community
Oversee discussions, events, and gamification strategies to enhance
user engagement
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for community success and
track these metrics
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of community management experience, preferably in a SaaS
or technology company
5+ years of leadership experience managing customer-facing
teams
3+ years of experience using e-learning products
Experience with Khoros and Salesforce is strongly preferred
Passion for creating outstanding customer experiences through
technology
