Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP, Product Development specializing
in residential mortgage loan underwriting.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update loan program and underwriting guides to support
business growth
Analyze investor and non-agency program guidelines for alignment
with company standards
Manage new product research, development, and implementation across
cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 10 years in mortgage banking, with at least 5 years in
product development roles
Minimum of 3 years underwriting experience with knowledge of agency
and non-agency guidelines
End-to-end knowledge of mortgage banking from origination through
secondary marketing
Proven track record of successful product development initiatives
driving revenue growth
