Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Manager to support federal
IT contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer
and resolve issues
Provide full contract lifecycle support for assigned contracts and
manage subcontractors
Prepare contract documentation and support the Business Development
team with proposals
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in federal contracting
Strong technical contracts background with negotiation skills for
NDA/TA/Subcontracts
Working knowledge of FAR and DFAR, with experience in various
contract types
Experience in government reporting and subcontract process
management
Bachelor's degree
