Job Description:

A company is looking for a Payor Partnerships Manager responsible for managing health plan partnerships and driving program success.



Key Responsibilities

Support health plan partners from implementation through ongoing value delivery
Manage day-to-day program delivery and ensure adherence to program KPIs
Identify growth opportunities and optimize program delivery for health plans


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Experience in mental health working with Managed Care Organizations
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple client relationships
Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly payer and provider dynamics
Ability to analyze program KPIs and generate insights for stakeholders
