Location: A city in Utah part of the Provo-Orem metropolitan area and is known for its rapid growth and development in recent years. Lehi is situated roughly halfway between Salt Lake City and Provo, making it a convenient spot for residents who work in either of those cities. Facility: A 40-bed full-service hospital serving their patients with the goal is to approach every situation and every patient with a caring heart. Opportunity:

• Looking for a locum Interventional Cardiologist to help provider the site with sporadic 24 hour (STEMI) call coverage.
• BID DUE DATE: Oct EST!
• Shifts are 7a-7a
• Dec 1 (7a) - Dec 3 (a)
• Dec 23 (7a)-29 (7a)
• Sporadic dates need & October above.
• Looking for a provider to start as soon as credentialing (2-3 weeks).
• Setting: Inpatient, Call, Emergency Room
• Level 4 Trauma
• FTE: 1
• Required Procedures/Job Duties: Left and right heart caths, coronary angioplasty/stents, balloon pump/impella, transesophael Echo, pacemakers.
• Call: STEMI & General Cardiology
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: Echo Tech, Lab Tech, RN, X-ray Tech, Nuclear Tech Compensation: Competitive weekly pay and malpractice included
