Job Description:

Locum CRNA 122309: Southeastern, Idaho
Needed: 2
Practice Setting: Hospital-based
Dates: ASAC - FT thru end of Nov or Dec w/ the option to extend (may be open to part time candidates as long as coverage is consistent but highly prefer full-time).
Schedule: 4 or 5 10-hour shifts per week Monday-Friday. No weekends, no nights, no holidays
No call
Support Staff: MD's & CRNA's daily. This is a supervised setting.
Case Mix: General, neuro, thoracic, healthy peds, OBGYN (optional), ortho, ortho trauma, and urology. They also do blocks and the CRNA's are allowed to do them. They also have peripheral nerve block for the ortho cases.
EMR System: EPIC
Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days (looking to issue temps in 30-45 days)
Active ID License Required
DEA & CSR required
