Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Vocational Nurse.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound calls and fax requests while ensuring compliance
with established standards
Research and triage incoming fax requests, processing appeals and
requests according to guidelines
Collaborate with internal partners to resolve case processing
issues and develop work instructions
Required Qualifications:
Ability to manage a diverse customer base in a professional
manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, and
Word
Experience navigating Windows and web-based programs
Knowledge of claim eligibility processes
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
