Job Description:
Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a motivated and
customer service-oriented individual to join our retail team. As
the Sales Lead, you will be responsible for ongoing product
knowledge training, selling behaviors, and inspiring others to
provide a great customer experience.Essential FunctionsMotivate the
sales team to enhance the service cultureFollows company sales
strategy to exceed goalsHandling customer de-escalationMonitor
customer orders until completionActing as Manager on Duty (MOD)
when requiredTrain employees on selling behaviorsSupporting the
execution of visual directivesMaintain a clean, safe, secure and
friendly storeSupports inventory management processesQualifications
and Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentLift 30+
lbs. Ability to spend entire shift on feetPreferred Skills1 year of
retail experienceStrong CommunicatorKnowledge of Microsoft
SuiteAbility to prioritize multi-task and problem
solveHigh-spirited and self motivatedNOTE: This job description is
