Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiting Operations Generalist.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate smooth recruiting processes and suggest improvements
Provide timely responses to candidate queries and enhance the
candidate experience
Coordinate logistics for multi-step interviews and manage TA
initiative communications
Required Qualifications:
Proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to drive
results
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Extensive experience with Greenhouse, Slack, Zoom, and G-Suite
Experience in a high-growth software start-up environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work on
deadlines
