Job Description:
A company is looking for a Foreclosure Paralegal to join their
team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage foreclosure actions from referral through conclusion
Order title, draft documents, and coordinate auctions
Provide updates and timely responses to clients while meeting
deadlines
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of related Maryland foreclosure experience
Broad knowledge of real estate default services
Ability to manage a heavy workload
Independent worker who is deadline driven
Experience with LPS, Caseaware, Tempo, etc. is a plus
