Job Description:

Sevita is a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care, dedicated to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live fulfilling lives.

We're seeking compassionate and patient individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and DSP Team Leads. As a DSP, you'll assist people with their personal hygiene, support individuals with behavioral challenges, and help them achieve developmental goals. As a DSP Team Lead, you'll oversee a team of DSPs and provide guidance and support to ensure the best possible care for our participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living tasks
  
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
  
• Help individuals achieve developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  
• Develop meaningful relationships with participants and their families

    Requirements:
    
    • 
      
    • Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills
      
    • 6 months of professional experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (required for DSP Team Leads)
      
    • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors
      
    • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
