Job Description:
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to lead
customer training and support software integration.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging Zoom training sessions for customers
Manage customer onboarding projects from initiation to
completion
Develop innovative solutions to address customer requests and
enhance their experience
Required Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
1-2 years of experience with web-based applications
1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role
1-2 years of project management experience
1-2 years of experience with software implementation
