A company is looking for a Platform Operations Associate to assist in running multiple digital savings properties.



Key Responsibilities:

Complete inbound requests related to offer and merchant maintenance using various content management systems
Assist in developing content optimization strategies and processes that align with business objectives
Document workflow processes and facilitate feedback from multiple teams


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required
1 - 2 years experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or digital publishing
Experience with content management systems and databases
Proficiency in GSuite, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Familiarity with Tableau or similar reporting databases is preferred
