Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Reader to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Read, review, and analyze abstracts for vesting information and potential liens or encumbrances
Examine various legal documents to clear title issues
Complete curative requests related to the chain of title

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience as a Reader
Strong knowledge of Title Insurance
Experience with SoftPro Select is a plus
Ability to work in both team-oriented and self-directed environments
Customer service oriented
