Job Description:
Description: Golden Touch ABA is seeking a highly motivated and
experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The
ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals
with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing,
designing and implementing treatment plans for clients. Sign-on
Bonus Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to) Conduct
patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop
individualized treatment plans Design ABA curriculum plans, review,
and update on a regular basis Design behavior intervention plans
Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other
professionals Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss
progress and make appropriate intervention changes Collaborate with
families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and
implement treatment plans Clinically review reports and session
notes on a regular basis Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven
program changes Write reports summarizing data and progress for

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Related Field
Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Must be
licensed with the state of Utah licensing board as an LBA Minimum
of two years work experience providing ABA therapy preferred
Ability to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and
monitor progress effectively Ability to work independently and as
part of a team Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
and promoting positive outcomes Have Basic Life Support
certification, or willing to complete training within 30 days of
hire Must have reliable transportation to travel to clients homes
or other clinic locations, based on client caseload Compensation
details: 87000-100000 Yearly Salary
