as delegated by the RN according to the Nurse Practice Act and as
noted in the following job description for the critical care tech.
Assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating,
communicating and collaborating with the team to meet the physical
and emotional needs of the patient.Qualifications:In addition to
bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified
candidates will need the following:EMT-B license requiredBLS (AHA)
requiredIV Therapy Certification strongly preferredOne year of
healthcare experience (pre-hospital or ED or patient care)
preferred.High School diploma or GED requiredEKG Certification
preferredPhysical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs
force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to

Department at Holy Cross Hospital - Jordan Valley has 28 beds and
sees approximately 60-80 patients per day. We are a Level III
trauma, stroke, and STEMI receiving center and we have the
capability to perform thrombectomies in collaboration with our Cath
lab. We care for patients of all ages, infant to elderly and with
all types of injuries and complaints. Our mission is to provide
excellent and compassionate emergency care to those in our
community that trust us to care for them. We want our patients and
their family members to know when they enter our ED, they will be
treated with respect, dignity and receive phenomenal care.Our Total
