you as ourCompensation Analyst. In this position, you will be an
integral member of the Total Rewards team. Our Total Rewards team

compensation. In this position you would take a central role in
that goal through the design, development, reporting, and execution
of UTAs employee compensation program.As the mid-level Compensation
Analyst, you will:
- Under the direction of the Compensation Program Manager,
participate in the design, development, analytics, reporting and
administration of UTAs marketbased compensation program.
- Assist in the annual market salary survey process and
participate in the annual salary planning benchmarking.
- Ensure job consistency throughout the organization with respect
to job evaluations and descriptions.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition & Hiring leaders to develop
employment compensation offers.
- Maintain HRIS and databases related to compensation.
- Identify and document business requirements and program
processes to ensure compensation systems accurately pay employees.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION/TRAINING:
- Bachelors Degree in business administration, Human Resources,
or a related field. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
preferred. EXPERIENCE:Two years of experience in compensation work.
In-depth, solid knowledge of survey and statistical techniques for
compensation programs analysis, position description composition,
analyzing and classifying jobs, establishing salary
structures/ranges, and rates and range adjustments. Solves complex
problems while taking new perspective on existing solutions. Some
experience/knowledge of market pricing practices and exposure to
performance management practices is
preferred.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Compensation theories and practices, federal, state and local
labor laws and regulations and their application
- HRIS and compensation software experience
- Knowledge of human resource laws, regulations, and best
practices
- Experience with MS Excel required
