• Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and developmentThe Oracle Enabled HR Transformation teamOur Oracle Enabled HR Transformation team includes practitioners with deep HR technology, operations, and industry experience, HR and Payroll professionals, technical architects, and consultants. We differentiate and win based on our understanding of the heart of business issues and enabling our client's experience with Oracle Cloud technology. We collaborate to design, implement, and integrate Oracle HCM cloud solutions to enable the transformation of the HR function and the overall employee experience.   • Application Management Services.QualificationsRequired:
    • Required 2 years minimum experience in the following areas:
    • Hands on experience in at least one Full Life Cycle implementation of the Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) product, from planning to configuration through go-live
    • Strong functional and/or technical knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud system in one or more of the following modules: Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, OTL, Absence, ORC, Talent Management, Learn
    • Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
    • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
    • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Preferred :
      • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s)
      • Consulting firm experience

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
