Description:Golden Touch ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.Sign-on BonusResponsibilities: (include but are not limited to)

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals
• Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes

    • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Related Field
    • Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
    • Must be licensed with the state of Utah licensing board as an LBA
    • Minimum of two years work experience providing ABA therapy preferred
    • Ability to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress effectively
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and promoting positive outcomes
    • Have Basic Life Support certification, or willing to complete training within 30 days of hire
